Free Printable Baby Shower Games You Can Make Tonight

1. Baby Bingo

Baby shower bingo works like regular bingo, except the squares are gifts guests predict the mom-to-be will open, and guests mark off matches as she actually opens them. First to complete a row wins — or play to a full blackout card for a longer game.

What you'll need: print one 5×5 card per guest, with the 24 items below arranged in a different order on every card, plus a FREE space in the center. Here's a sample layout:

The order has to be different on every card, or the whole room bingos on the same square at the same moment. The simplest way to do that by hand: write all 24 items on slips of paper, then draw a new random order for each card before you fill it in.

How to run it: hand a card and a pen to each guest as they arrive. As the mom-to-be opens each gift, guests find that item on their card and mark it. First to get five in a row calls "Bingo!" and wins a small prize.

2. Baby Word Scramble

Give guests three minutes to unscramble as many baby-related words as they can. Whoever solves the most wins — no ties broken, just bragging rights and maybe a small prize.

3. Guess the Baby Food

A blind taste test where guests guess the flavor of unlabeled baby food. (Not every guest list loves a taste test — see our note on that on the baby shower games guide — but if yours does, here's how to run it well.)

What you'll need: six to eight jars of different single-flavor baby food. Peel off the labels and number each lid 1 through 8 with a marker or sticker. Set out one clean spoon per jar — reusing a spoon between jars, or between guests, turns a fun game into an unhygienic one fast.

How to run it: print one scorecard per guest with a row for each jar. Guests taste a small spoonful of each and write their flavor guess next to the matching number. Once everyone's tasted all eight, reveal the real flavor list and have guests total their correct guesses — most correct wins.

Tip: pick flavors with a spread — something clearly sweet (banana), something clearly savory (green beans), and a couple of genuine toss-ups (mixed vegetable, apple-pear) — so the game isn't too easy or too hard.

4. Nursery Rhyme Quiz

A fill-in-the-blank quiz built entirely from nursery rhyme lines everyone half-remembers. Grandparents tend to sweep this one.

What you'll need: print the ten prompts below with the blank left in, and a numbered answer line for guests to write on.

Guests guess the real price of items from the registry. Closest without going over wins each item, the same rules as the game show.

What you'll need: pick eight items from the registry — a mix of cheap and expensive works best — and look up the real price for each (the registry usually lists it, or check the store directly). Write the prices on a sealed answer sheet, low to high, and print a blank scorecard for guests.

How to run it: read each item aloud, guests write their guess, then reveal the real price. Closest without going over wins that item; keep a running tally across all eight rounds for the overall winner.

7. Advice & Wishes Cards

A quiet keepsake activity that doubles as decor while it fills up.

What you'll need: cut card stock into index-card-sized rectangles, two prompts per card — "My best piece of advice for year one is..." and "A prediction for the baby: ..." — with room for a name at the bottom.

How to run it: set the stack out with a pen near the guest book, or pass them around as a five-minute activity mid-party. Collect finished cards in a decorated box for the parents to read later, or read a few aloud if the mood's right.
